Responsibilities:

Form and pour concrete foundations with precision and speed

Safely lift and handle heavy concrete forms (80 - 100 lbs)

Work with Duraform systems

Read and interpret blueprints accurately

Maintain high-quality standards while working independently

Follow safety protocols and keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements:

Previous experience with Duraform is required

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Physically fit and able to handle heavy-duty tasks

Valid drivers license and reliable personal vehicle (sites are across the city)

Must have your own PPE: Hard hat, steel-toe boots, gloves, weather-appropriate clothing, and hand tools

Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
