As Senior Accountant, you will:
- Provide overall management of the project finance department, ensuring timely and accurate accounting records, accounts and financial statements. Establish sound control policies and systems for the company. Ensure appropriate financial processes are in place to reduce risk and optimize profitability.

As Senior Accountant, you will:
- Provide overall management of the project finance department, ensuring timely and accurate accounting records, accounts and financial statements. Establish sound control policies and systems for the company. Ensure appropriate financial processes are in place to reduce risk and optimize profitability.
- Analyze budgets, financial information and prepare forecasts for the achievement of strategic objectives.
- Analyze management reports on the financial position of the organization, enabling management to measure and optimize performance. Prepare accounts and financial statements for presentation to the board.
- Present accurate financial information in accordance with strict accounting schedules and timetables. Prepare and organize external auditing of the financial statements. Prepare cash flow projections, and ensure optimal investment of the company's funds.
- Prepare and implement audit programs to ensure smooth completion of the external audit, for publication of the company's annual report and financial statements.
Education: Diploma/Degree in accounting or a related field is preferred. A CPA designation is an asset.
Experience: Over 5+ years of progressive experience in a leadership role. Experience in the Industrial sector is an asset.
Computer: Proficient in Accounting, Word and Excel software programs. Experience working with Sage 300 is an asset.
