Job Description
Hours of Work: 37.5 weekly 7.5hr days - varying hours: 9am 5pm 0r 1pm-9pm Monday to Friday (plus one on-call weekend every 6-8 weeks)
Under the supervision of the Director of Outreach, and as a member of the Womens Housing leadership team, the Manager of Outreach is responsible for overseeing aspects of the day-to-day operations of Outreach/Diversion Services. The Manager will take a trauma

Under the supervision of the Director of Outreach, and as a member of the Womens Housing leadership team, the Manager of Outreach is responsible for overseeing aspects of the day-to-day operations of Outreach/Diversion Services. The Manager will take a trauma informed, harm reduction approach to create a communal environment for the women and families and encourage a healthy team culture amongst program staff focused on collaboration, a respectful approach to challenging issues, and a culture of ongoing learning and incorporation of best practices.

Qualifications:
A degree in a relevant field such as social sciences, social work, or management, and/or 2-3 years management experience.
Proven administration, supervisory and leadership skills.
Experience working with Indigenous communities and women experiencing violence, addictions, and/or homelessness.
Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Proven skills in relationship development, fostering a team, and effective coaching.
A sound knowledge of residential agency operations.
Ability to deal with high stress situations.
A valid Saskatchewan drivers license.
Crisis intervention skills
Awareness of colonization and the intergenerational impacts it has had on women and families
Respect for women and children of various backgrounds.
