Guards will provide security services to our Client.  Duties are logging in prisoner property, regularly patrolling the cell area, monitoring of CCTV systems and ensuring Prisoner safety.  

This position is a 12 hour shift rotation (days/evenings/nights).

ONLY THOSE WHO CURRENTLY POSSESS A VALID SASK. SECURITY GUARD LICENSE OR HAVE PASSED THE 40 HOUR PROVINCIAL SECURITY GUARD COURSE WILL BE CONSIDERED.  MUST BE ABLE

SECURITY GUARD LICENSE OR HAVE PASSED THE 40 HOUR PROVINCIAL SECURITY GUARD COURSE WILL BE CONSIDERED.  MUST BE ABLE TO ACHIEVE AN ENHANCED SECURITY CHECK THROUGH THE CITY POLICE (CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD WITH NO ASSOCIATIONS TO CRIMINALS OR ANY INVOLVEMENT IN POLICE INVESTIGATIONS. MUST HAVE 1ST AID/CPR.

A valid Saskatchewan Class 5 license is required.  A personal vehicle for transportation is required.

Computer skills are also an asset.  

Applicants must be at least 18 years old and in good physical condition, should be able to stand for extended periods of time, and display good decision making, problem solving and communication skills.  

All applicants must have a clear criminal records check and a valid Saskatchewan Drivers license.
