Inclusion Saskatchewan is welcoming applications for a part-time/casual Job Coach. This is a temporary short-term contract based in Kindersley.

The shifts will be scheduled on evenings and weekends, however additionally flexibility is an asset. This is a part-time position with 10-15 hours per week.

Duties include assisting an individual with intellectual disabilities to learn job tasks, learning the routine, learning to communicate with managers, co-workers and customers and problem solving at the job. The goal is for the individual to become independent and therefore fade out job coaching support.

Experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities is an asset.
