Current Schedule Includes: A Monday  Friday schedule will be determined to suit the needs of the agency. Some emergency on-call may be required.

Nature of duties:

1. Oversee maintenance & safety for all agency sites
2. Organize and occasionally perform repair tasks as reported
3. Collect quotes, compare pricing and product reliability, monitor budgets and perform ordering for the agency
4. Provide IT assistance and troubleshooting for the agency
5. Act as project manager for large agency projects
6. Oversee yard (lawn/snow removal) maintenance for agency sites
7. Supervise and direct 2 maintenance workers
8. Agency fleet maintenance
9. Be available to respond to emergency needs as required
10.Other duties as assigned.
Required qualifications:

1. Must possess a valid Saskatchewan Drivers license and vehicle
2. Must provide a Criminal Record Check prior to employment
3. Considerable IT knowledge & 2 years experience
4. 2 years experience in facilities management
5. 2 years experience in inventory control and ordering
