Prairie Valley School Division is inviting applications for the position of Principal at Lipton School.  Lipton School offers Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 programming to an enrolment of approximately 106 students.  There is a professional staff compliment of 8.85 FTE teachers and 7.31 FTE support staff.  Lipton School provides a strong academic program and supports students to become caring, competent, responsible citizens who value education and life-long learning.  Lipton is located 91km northeast of Regina.

Education & Experience:
Candidates will have a Bachelor of Education, Professional A teaching certificate, a masters degree in a related field (or willingness to obtain as a condition of employment) and demonstrated leadership experience.  Experience as a school-based administrator is considered an asset.

Skills & Abilities:
By way of cover letter and resume, candidates will demonstrate experience in the 4 competency areas of learning leadership, human resource leadership, setting direction, and professional leadership attributes and orientation.

Term: Commencing December 1, 2025 and ends June 30, 2027.

Compensation & Assignment:
This position includes 100% administrative duties.  Salary and benefits are outlined in the STF Provincial Collective Bargaining agreement and Local Collective Bargaining Agreement for teachers.  The current administrative allowance is approximately $21,668.
