Job Description
We are seeking a hands-on Territory Service Manager to establish a professional relationship with dealer personnel and the customers, to reflect a positive company image while carrying out Bourgault Service department and customer satisfaction objectives. This position may be based out of St. Brieux, Sk. or remotely. The successful applicant must live within Central/Southern Saskatchewan in the territory.
Responsibilities
-Provide dealer/customer support
We are seeking a hands-on Territory Service Manager to establish a professional relationship with dealer personnel and the customers, to reflect a positive company image while carrying out Bourgault Service department and customer satisfaction objectives. This position may be based out of St. Brieux, Sk. or remotely. The successful applicant must live within Central/Southern Saskatchewan in the territory.
Responsibilities
-Provide dealer/customer support on all Bourgault products, for the assigned territory - this will require periods of travel. (potentially 30-40+ nights away from home/year due to work requirements)
-Provide dealers/customers with technical assistance through phone inquiries and on-call/after-hours support.
-Provide dealers/customers with on-site technical assistance.
-Provide dealer/customer training on all Bourgault products.
-Communicating and enforcing the procedures and policies identified in the Bourgault Warranty Policy Manual to the dealer/customer.
-Provide support at trade shows, demonstrations, and training seminars where product knowledge and specialized skills are an asset.
-Provide expertise in the development of training resources for the dealer network and customers (Bourgault University)
Academic/Education Requirements
-A post-secondary degree or diploma in a mechanically oriented course will be considered an asset, however equivalent experience in the agriculture industry will also be considered.
-2-4 years of agriculture related experience
Required Skills/Experience
-Must have a solid understanding of customer relation concepts along with an understanding of current agricultural practices in western Canada.
-Excellent written and oral communication skills and must be capable of public speaking.
-Experience in a dealership, service tech or farming role would be beneficial
-Mature, self-motivated and responsible.
