About the Role:
As a Light Duty Cleaner, you will play a crucial role in preserving the pristine condition of our historic hotel. Your work ensures that our guests are welcomed into an environment that is not only rich in history but also unmatched in comfort and cleanliness. Your primary focus will be on our guest rooms and the key public areas that define our grand first impression.
Key Responsibilities:
    Guest Room Excellence: Execute the thorough cleaning and preparation of guest rooms to the highest standard, including making beds, changing linens, and dusting furniture to ensure a spotless and inviting retreat for our guests.
    Deep Cleaning & Sanitization: Clean, disinfect, and polish all bathroom fixtures and appliances. Replenish clean towels and toiletries, upholding our strict hygiene protocols.
    Public Area Stewardship: Maintain the grandeur of our common spaces by sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors in hallways and the iconic hotel lobby. Dust furniture and vacuum carpets and area rugs in these key areas.
    Detail-Oriented Upkeep: Clean windows and walls in corridors and the main lobby, pick up debris, and empty trash containers. Report any maintenance needs and handle lost and found items with integrity.
    Guest Service Support: May provide basic information to guests and promptly attend to requests for extra supplies, demonstrating a commitment to excellent service.
