About You
You have strong administrative skills, creativity, and a passion for people and travel. Ideally, you have hotel or accommodations experience, excellent communication and writing skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Youre eager to grow your career with one of Canadas top hotel management companies.
Responsibilities
Learn and promote our award-winning employee culture
Be organized, detail-oriented, and timely
Understand employment legislation and compliance
Support payroll and HR administration
Coordinate hiring, screening, and interviews
Champion diversity and inclusion
Support managers with coaching and employee development
Build strong relationships across teams
Help implement company culture initiatives
Work independently and collaboratively
Experience & Skills
3+ years HR experience (or equivalent education/work mix)
Payroll/Sage 300 experience an asset
Recruiting and interviewing skills
Strong communication and relationship-building abilities
Friendly, caring, and professional demeanor
Ability to create engaging employee content
Hospitality background an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office
