Little & Company LLP is a busy, growing law firm located near downtown Saskatoon. We are looking for an organized and reliable Legal Assistant to join our team.

Our firm handles a wide range of legal matters including family, criminal, real estate, wills & estates, and civil litigation. We take pride in our approachable style, attention to detail, and the positive work environment we have built.

What you will do:

Support one or more lawyers with day-to-day file management, document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence

Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel

Manage deadlines, court filings, and diaries

Draft and proofread documents with accuracy and professionalism

Assist with billing, file openings/closings, and administrative tasks as needed

Contribute to a collaborative, supportive office culture

What we are looking for:

Experience as a legal assistant or equivalent office experience (law office experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort learning new software (CosmoLex experience is an asset)

Excellent written and verbal communication

A positive, team-oriented attitude  we help each other out and value reliability
