As our next Director of Marketing, youll blend creativity and strategy to tell our story in new, inspiring ways. Youll lead a talented team in developing campaigns that spark connection, build loyalty, and drive measurable growth across every channel.
What Youll Do:
Develop and execute annual marketing plans and budgets to drive occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, and guest loyalty.
Align marketing with revenue and operations teams to meet performance goals.
Lead digital marketing: website, SEO/SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
Optimize listings, online reputation, and direct bookings.
Oversee brand consistency, content, promotions, and PR.
Support hotel openings, rebrands, and renovations.
Lead and mentor a small, high-performing marketing team and manage vendor relationships.
Qualifications:
5+ years in a marketing leadership or creative role, ideally in hospitality or agency environments.
Strong portfolio in brand and campaign development.
Skilled in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and familiar with HubSpot or Monday.com.
Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
A passion for hospitality, creativity, and building lasting brand impact.
