What Youll Do
Process accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll and maintain employee records with care and confidentiality.
Review timesheets, verify hours, and process changes (new hires, terminations, benefits updates, etc.).
Support HR operations, onboarding, and employee communications alongside the Director of HR.
Assist with benefits and pension administration, ROEs, and other employment documentation.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
What You Bring
PCP or CPM designation (or working toward one).
23 years of payroll experience (hourly/bi-weekly preferred).
Strong HRIS and Microsoft Office skills.
Excellent organization, communication, and confidentiality.
A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
Bonus: experience in a manufacturing or office environment.
