Job Description: Provides intensive case management to individuals with chronic and persistent mental illness. These services are provided within an individual and/or group context.
Human Resources Exemption: No
Experience: Requires a minimum of three years experience in a community or acute mental health setting working with clients with severe and persistent mental illness.
Education
- Bachelor of Psychiatric Nursing (BPN)
Licenses
- Basic Life Support Certificate (BLS)
Other Education and Training
- Bachelor of Nursing is acceptable
- Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Psychiatric Nursing diploma is acceptable
- Workplace Assessment & Violence Education (WAVE)
