Job Description
The Beaver River Regional Housing Authority has an opportunity for a permanent, full time Maintenance Worker to join their team in Green Lake!
Responsibilities:
-Building maintenance services and repairs
-Unit turnover repairs
-Groundskeeping, and maintaining equipment and inventory
-Record keeping, such as inventory and purchase orders, etc.
Requirements:
-Knowledge of the basic techniques in a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, and electrical

Requirements:
-Knowledge of the basic techniques in a variety of trades including carpentry, plumbing, painting, flooring, and electrical
-Experience servicing and repairing building mechanical equipment
-Ability to use hand and power tools and lift heavy loads
Qualifications:
-Grade 12 education, basic computer skills, and experience in building maintenance
-Ability to participate in an on call program for emergencies for evening, weekend, and holiday coverage
-A valid drivers license, reliable, roadworthy vehicle, and an approved Enhanced (Vulnerable Sector) criminal record check are conditions of employment
