This role is dedicated to supporting our Material Handling division(forklifts, pallet jacks) and all associated parts, supplies, and accessories. This job opportunity is onsite in Regina, Saskatchewan.
You will be the strategic driver behind our Material Handling parts portfolio, ensuring we have the right parts, in the right place, at the right time. With industry knowledge as a strong asset, you will partner closely with internal stakeholders to build, optimize, and market a growing parts assortment that meets the needs of both our customers and our branches.
Strategic Leadership:
-Develop and implement a Material Handling Parts Strategy that supports sales and margin growth.
Category & Portfolio Management:
-Conduct competitor audits and market intelligence reviews on pricing, product range, and segment trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
-Work extensively with CSAs, Parts Managers, and Service leadership to ensure alignment and execution of category initiatives.
Vendor Management:
-Maintain and expand vendor relationships relevant to Material Handling parts.
Execution & Performance:
-Drive measurable improvements in sales, margin, and product penetration.
Key Objectives & Measures:
-Successful execution of the Material Handling Annual Business Plan
Required Experience:
-Proven success in Category Management, Parts Marketing, Product Management, or similar roles.
-Industry experience in Material Handling, Parts, Industrial Equipment, or Machinery is a strong asset.
Required Skills:
-Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
