We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and well-organized professional to join the Deputy Ministers Office as Manager, Executive Operations for a one-year term in Regina. This role provides strategic and operational support to the Deputy Minister and executive team, offering advice on program, policy, and administrative matters, and coordinating briefing materials to respond to emergent issues. You will manage sensitive documents, coordinate projects, and act as a key liaison with the Ministers Office to ensure inquiries are handled efficiently. Responsibilities include supporting executive committee administration, managing timelines for strategic and business plans, and ensuring operational consistency across the Ministry.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate sound judgment, strong issues management, and superior written and verbal communication skills. You will anticipate and respond to dynamic situations requiring tactful, confidential handling, and engage in innovative problem-solving.
Typically, the knowledge and skills required for this position are obtained through a degree in business, public policy, public administration, or a related discipline, combined with experience in public policy analysis. An equivalent combination of education and work experience may be considered.
