Job Description: The Director, HR Business Partnerships Regina is a pivotal leadership role within Saskatchewans healthcare system, working closely with system leaders to advance provincial health priorities. Reporting to the Executive Director, Workforce Planning and Business Partnerships, the Director provides strategic insight on workforce needs and drives the development, implementation, and monitoring of operational and business plans.
The Director fosters an innovative, collaborative, and client-centered culture while ensuring strong cross-functional alignment across the HR portfolio and broader organization. This role also builds and maintains effective partnerships with system to support high-quality service delivery and organizational performance.

Experience
- Leadership experience with planning and program development in multi-stakeholder environment
- Seven (7) years leadership experience
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
