We are currently seeking experienced subcontractors in all areas: renovation, new build, residential and commercial. We are seeking Subcontractors to join our team on upcoming projects.
Ideal candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented professionals who can deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.

-Subcontractors must ensure that they are covered by workers' compensation (WCB).

-Must have liability insurance to cover potential damages

Ideal candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented professionals who can deliver high-quality work while meeting deadlines and budget expectations.

-Subcontractors must ensure that they are covered by workers' compensation (WCB).

-Must have liability insurance to cover potential damages or injuries on the job site.

- Must be able to perform specific tasks or trades as outlined in their contract.

- Must be able to perform specific trades or tasks as detailed in their subcontract agreement.

- Subcontractors should be able to start the project on the start date that they have provided and also complete the project on the set completion date within the budget. As it relates to changes, subcontractors shall provide changes in writing before commencing any work and wait for approval.

- Subcontractors shall ensure their work meets the required quality
standards and complies with relevant codes and regulations.

- The subcontractor is responsible and is to adhere to all applicable safety regulations on the job site.
