North Ridge Development Corporation, Saskatchewans leading home builder, is seeking a temporary, seasonal Property Maintenance/Labourer to join our Saskatoon team.  This position is to work as part of a team to provide exterior installation and maintenance service.  This is a fulltime contract position and the core working schedule is May to October.


Primarily Responsibilities:
Perform yard maintenance (i.e. cutting grass, irrigation) at work

Primarily Responsibilities:
Perform yard maintenance (i.e. cutting grass, irrigation) at work sites, commercial properties and the North Ridge Office in a safe and efficient manner.
Haul equipment (i.e. Bobcat) to job sites and commercial properties to remove snow and/or dirt.
Snow removal from sidewalks at all commercial properties.
Responsible for garbage removal from all commercial properties to ensure sites are garbage free.
Responsible for washing all windows on a regular basis.
Lay sod for repairs.
Perform minor repairs.
Report safety incidents in an accurate and timely manner.
Resolve problems/issues in an effective and timely manner.
Perform other duties as required.

Education and Experience:
1 year experience in the construction industry
Valid drivers license, insurable by North Ridge
General knowledge of construction practices and procedures
Proficient time management and organizational skills
Self motivated
Safety conscious
Must be a resident of Saskatchewan and be legally able to work in Canada.
