What you will do:
Complete all aspects of the accounts payable cycle following established procedures:
-verify vouchers for accuracy and completeness
-enter payment information into the accounting systems
-process and distribute cheques
Verify purchase card statements/receipts for completeness
Maintain error logs to assist in identifying areas for improvement
Communicate with vendors, housing authorities and LSHA to resolve any identified issues or respond to queries

Ability to maintain confidentiality, good judgment
Above average interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Time management skills, capable of meeting deadlines
What you will need:
Completion of Grade 12 supported by one (1) year of practical experience
Knowledge of accounts payable is an asset
Proficient in computerized accounting and MS applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Elevated level of accuracy and speed in data entry
