Boardwalk is a Residential Property Management Company with over 2000 suites in Regina, all serviced in-house. We are seeking an Associate to Lead our team of Plumbers. Hours of work are 8am-4:30pm, Mon-Fri. Emergency OT & On Call Rotation required.

Responsibilities include:
Ensure the health, comfort, & safety of our Customers
Supervise & direct dynamic Plumbing Team
Respond to service calls in a timely & effective manner
Plan, install & service plumbing systems, fixtures, piping equipment
Ensure inspections & service of residential furnaces to industrial boilers
Maintain & repair existing plumbing
Plan & coordinate all mechanical jobs for Plumbing Team
Dispatching Plumbers for site mechanical calls
Organizing all PM mechanical inspections/deficiencies with Leader
Follow up with all mechanical contractors & operational calls
Working with Leader to communicate any updates
Assisting with any mechanical follow-ups that are needed
Work with Leader to adhere to the budget
Occasional training of site staff to build knowledge of our mechanical rooms
Complete all required admin
Conduct final interviews for new site Associates
Complete orientation for new hires, orient all staff with health & safety polices, complete forms as necessary
Conduct performance reviews and regular meetings with staff as required
Reward, encourage & motivate staff. Manage disciplinary action as required
Schedule shifts, approve OT, review & verify hours worked for payroll

Educational Requirements:
Saskatchewan Journeyperson Certificate/Red Seal Endorsed as a Plumber & General Gasfitter
