We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and community-minded Maintenance Worker to join our team. This role is hands-on and essential to ensuring our building remains safe, functional, and comfortable for our residents.

Perform routine building maintenance and inspections
Complete suite repairs and turnover after tenant move-outs
Drywall patching, repair, and painting
Diagnose building issues and either complete repairs or coordinate tradespeople

Maintain positive communication with contractors, suppliers, and residents
Operate and maintain small outdoor equipment
Snow removal and general groundskeeping
Assist with garbage removal and heavy lifting as needed
Safely drive residents in a large van (Class 5 license required)
Work independently and manage daily tasks efficiently
Multitask and complete assigned work in a timely, organized manner
Build strong, respectful relationships with our senior residents
Qualifications
Experience in building maintenance and repair
Skills in drywall repair and painting
Ability to troubleshoot general maintenance issues
Comfortable communicating with trades and coordinating repairs
Experience with small outdoor appliances/equipment
Ability to lift and move heavy items safely
Must have Class 5 Drivers License
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident
Must live within the Prince Albert area
Strong time-management and independent-work skills
