The Role
Reporting to the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Mine Process Operator training programs. Utilizing Camecos Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), you will consult with key stakeholders to develop training curriculum and delivery plans to meet the operations needs. Using adult learning principles, you will deliver training programs in both surface and underground

The Role
Reporting to the Training Coordinator, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of Mine Process Operator training programs. Utilizing Camecos Systematic Approach to Training (SAT), you will consult with key stakeholders to develop training curriculum and delivery plans to meet the operations needs. Using adult learning principles, you will deliver training programs in both surface and underground environments.

In this role, you will:
-Perform all aspects related to the Systematic Approach to Training;
-Deliver training and evaluate performance;
-Contribute to the development of instructional materials;
-Communicate and collaborate effectively with all stakeholders;
-Determine training requirements and develop and implement training requests;
-Maintain attendance, enrolment, and records relevant to training activity;
-Manage various certifications and liaise with external agencies; and
-Other duties as required.

Required:  
-Grade 12 education
-Minimum eight years of relevant work experience
-Equivalent combination of education and work experience considered
-Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively
-Strong computer, presentation, and digital skills
-Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
-Work a rotational schedule and commute to site by aircraft

Recommended:
-Demonstrated experience in training and development in a mining environment
-Previous mine/mill/industrial experience
-Understanding of the Systematic Approach to Training
-Certificate in adult education
-Fluency in adult learning principles
