About the Role:
We are seeking a professional and experienced Receptionist to support a reputable legal firm on a 1-month full-time contract. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working in a law firm and be comfortable managing front-desk responsibilities along with light administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients professionally, both in person and over the phone
Manage incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
Handle scheduling, appointment coordination, and calendar management
Perform basic administrative duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
Assist with filing returns for companies and related documentation
Maintain an organized and efficient reception area
Support legal staff with day-to-day administrative needs as required
Required Qualifications:
Previous experience working in a law firm (mandatory)
Experience with filing returns for companies
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask in a professional and fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office and general office equipment
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
