Job Description:
- Receive drink orders from waitstaff or customers directly.
- Combine spirits, mixers, water, and other ingredients to craft cocktails and beverages
- Prepare and serve mixed drinks, wine, beer (draft or bottled), and non-alcoholic drinks to servers or guests.
- Process payments for drinks and accurately record all sales.
- Keep the bar area clean and wash glassware regularly.
- Adhere to all provincial or territorial liquor laws and regulations..
