The Kids First Home Visitor provides hands-on, culturally safe, and trauma-informed support to families with young children through regular home visits, advocacy, and connection to community resources. Under the direction of the Senior Home Visitor and Kids First Team Lead, the Home Visitor helps families strengthen parenting skills, promote child development, and achieve stability in areas such as housing, health, and education. This role supports parents in setting and achieving family goals, building trust, and accessing culturally relevant supports that promote well-being and belonging.
