Accounts Payable Invoices:
Enter invoices into database
Verify that expenditures are correct and authorized
Pay vendors in 45 days or less considering terms, discounts and cash flow

Payroll:
Enter time cards daily
Prepare payroll payments biweekly
Prepare T4 slips

General Accounting:
Reconcile bank statement
Prepare internal financial statements monthly
Prepare financial reports as requested
Work with external auditors to prepare annual financial statements

General:
Able to work accurately and quickly
Understand general accounting procedures
Handle confidential
