TheIndigenous and Northern Services Branch within the Ministry is seeking to fill an Indigenous Workforce Development Specialist in LaRonge. The Indigenous Workforce Development Specialist plays an integral role in supporting the Saskatchewan Growth Plan and Labour Market Strategy and advancing the Ministrys commitment to Truth and Reconciliation. This work centers on building strong relationships with First Nations, Mtis, and northern communities to support pathways to employment and long-term career success while assisting employers to attract, recruit, and retain Indigenous talent.
