Duration/period of work: Seasonal, (Spring) Mid-March 2026 through May 2026.
Wage: $35.75per hour/ $300USD DAY based on a 10.5hour day, lodging, fuel and food are all provided
Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English
Benefits package: Lodging, Fuel and food are provided at no cost to employee

Skills/Requirements: Previous waterfowl guiding experience
Ability to call ducks & geese
Be physically fit and be able to work long hours
Have a trained retrieving dog, or experience with retrieving dogs
Be flexible to work all days of the week (varied work days)
Be willing to work outdoors
Be self motivated
Have a good attitude and relate well to clients
Participate in setting up and breaking down spreads
Be able to read RM maps
Have a clean drivers record
