White Buffalo Treatment Centre is expanding its services and hiring a full-time Mental Health Therapist (MHT) to provide one-to-one counselling, crisis intervention, and case management to youth.

Reporting to the Program Manager and Clinical Supervisor, the MHT works with our clinical team to support youth with emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, substance use, and concurrent mental health disorders.

Responsibilities:

- Provide individual counselling and crisis support
- Develop, monitor, and adjust treatment plans
- Document client progress and clinical observations
- Support positive behaviour change and capacity building
- Advocate for youth and refer to specialized services as needed
- Participate in case conferences and youth progress meetings
- Support conflict resolution and healing-focused interventions
- Contribute to program and curriculum improvement

Minimum Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Social Work, Human Services, or Mental Health & Addictions Counselling with 3 years of clinical experience
- Must be in good standing with regulatory licensing body
- Clear Criminal Record Check
- Valid Saskatchewan drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to personal wellness and ongoing professional development

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM  5:00 PM
Salary: $63,838.63  $76,925.50 per year
