Responsibilities:
The assistants daily responsibilities would include filing, handling mail and scheduling appointments.
Other duties include tracking motions, subpoenas, interviews and legal proceedings, along with transcribing meeting agendas and preparing minutes from voice recordings

The ideal candidate must have very strong word processing skills.
This role is working internally with lawyers and other legal staff daily.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Requirements:
A minimum of two years of experience as a legal secretary
Proficiency in Microsoft Word is a must
Accurately typing more than 60+ WPM
Legal Secretary Diploma is preferred and not required
Good understanding of legal terminology
