* Answering phones and assisting clients both over the phone and in person.
* Accepting and processing referrals and contacting patients to book appointments.
* Communicating with local physicians, nurse practitioners and dentists as well as provincial Respirology specialists.

* Answering phones and assisting clients both over the phone and in person.
* Accepting and processing referrals and contacting patients to book appointments.
* Communicating with local physicians, nurse practitioners and dentists as well as provincial Respirology specialists.
* Monitoring stock levels and ordering inventory as needed.
* Educating patients on the use of the home sleep apnea testing device, programing the device, uploading the data etc.
* Educating patients on the use of CPAP therapy.
* Selecting and fitting CPAP masks.
* Cleaning equipment.


The successful candidate will be trained as a CPSGT (certified polysomnography technician).  All training and education is provided.
