Schedule:
-Full-time (40 hrs/week): 8-hour shifts
-Monday to Friday, (7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.).
-Occasional Saturday shift (10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., approx. once/month).
Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
-Lead initiatives aligned with store objectives and promote Neighbourly Pharmacy policies.
-Manage front store operations: staffing, scheduling, cash handling, banking, and security.
-Oversee inventory control, purchasing, pricing, and promotional strategies.
-Assist Store Operator with budgeting, admin tasks (timesheets, OHS, billings), and deliveries.
-Monitor market trends and adjust merchandising and promotions.
-Ensure compliance with procedures for returns, complaints, and shrinkage control.
Qualifications:
-2+ years retail management experience (preferred).
-Strong leadership, time management, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
-Valid drivers licence required.
-Finestra knowledge is an asset.
-Criminal Record Check required.
