Choice Nutrition Centres is currently hiring for a full-time Administrative Assistant at our Saskatoon location. Position Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated individual to be the first point of contact for our patients. This is a dynamic role that combines front-desk reception and administrative support. On the job training will be provided, however preference will be given to those with previous administrative experience in the health care field and knowledge of herbs and vitamins. Wage is negotiable depending on experience and education.

Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients as they arrive
Manage appointments and scheduling
Handle phone calls, emails, and other communication
Maintain accurate patient records using computer software
Process billing and payments
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Provide administrative support to clinical staff

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role preferred
Experience with QB or a related accounting program
Experience with Electronic Health records preferred, but not required
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Positive attitude and a strong commitment to patient care
Valid driver's license and your own mode of transportation
