- Be able to communicate with customers and staff in a professional manner to determine their part requirements.
- Work well with others to oversee the daily operations of the back parts counter.
- Be able to determine the part required, pick, price, package and complete the paperwork required of a parts person.
- Have a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Be self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision.

- Valid driver's licence
- Able to lift or handle up to 100LBS
