Job Description
Warman Mennonite Special Care Home is a 31 bed Long Term Care Home that is an Affiliate of the Saskatchewan Health Authority.
This is an administrative position working alongside the Director of Care as your immediate supervisor under the direction of the Administrator.

This is an administrative position working alongside the Director of Care as your immediate supervisor under the direction of the Administrator.
The main duty of this position is to schedule the Nurses and Care Aide shifts based on a 4 week rotation. You will be required to make up schedules for a few months in advance to allow for holiday scheduling. You will post available shifts for pickup, handle all trades and contact staff for same day call ins. You will print the schedules and make sure that all forms for trades, holidays, sick leave are provided for office documentation. Perform the monthly Records of Care reports and enter into the charts in system. Schedule training of staff in the required elements of FIT Testing, TLR Training and infection control measures. Be willing to attend training to become a qualified trainer of our staff. Orientate all new hires to familiarize them with the facility, the Policies in place and OH&S requirements.
Manage inventory levels of the supplies used in the Long Term Care Home. Restock the Care Home areas with supplies as needed.
A Continuing Care Aide Certificate is preferred or equivalent experience in the Health Care field.
The Saskatchewan Health Authority requires that a current Vulnerable Criminal Record Check must be provided during the hiring process.
This job is part time 4 days a week (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday) totaling 30 hours a week
