Jae's Pharmacy is looking for a Front Store Manager to join our team in Shaunavon, Saskatchewan.
Key Responsibilities:
-Drive initiatives aligned with store objectives and Neighbourly Pharmacy policies.
-Manage front store operations, including staffing, scheduling, and performance.
-Oversee cash handling, daily reports, banking, and store security.
-Collaborate with HR on hiring, training, and disciplinary actions.
-Control inventory, purchasing, pricing, and promotional strategies

-Monitor market trends and adjust merchandising and promotions accordingly.
-Ensure compliance with receiving, pricing, and shrinkage control procedures.
-Assist with administrative tasks (timesheets, billing, OHS).
Qualifications:
-2+ years of retail management experience (preferred).
-Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to lift up to 20 lbs; valid drivers licence required.
-Criminal Record Check required.
-Finestra knowledge is an asset.
Schedule:
-Full-time: 32 hours/week
-Monday to Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
-Occasional Saturday: 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
