Request for Tenders  Contract Cleaner

The Melfort Curling Club is accepting tenders for a contracted Cleaner to provide cleaning services commencing Jan 5th, 2026 and ending March 27th, 2026.

Service Schedule: Weekday mornings (flexible, with opportunity to come during mid-afternoon instead on some days), Monday-Friday
Estimated Time Commitment: Approximately 8-10 hours per week
Location: Bourgault Curling Centre (Melfort Curling Club)

Scope of Work Includes:
-Daily sweeping

Scope of Work Includes:
-Daily sweeping and mopping of washroom floors
-Daily sweeping of main lobby
-Daily vacuuming of front entrance area
-Cleaning and disinfecting of toilets, sinks, and high-touch surfaces 2-3 times per week
-Weekly (1x) scrubbing of lobby floors using provided floor scrubber
-Spot cleaning as required

The Club Will Provide:
-All cleaning supplies and equipment, including floor scrubber
-Optional additional paid cleaning opportunities for special weekend events and bonspiels (by mutual agreement)
