Co-facilitate 3-hour weekly sessions for 20 weeks using trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches. Hours are flexible.
Support participant engagement, encourage skill development, and ensure a safe, inclusive group environment.
Provide short-term supportive counseling within professional boundaries.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
Complete session notes, attendance records, and all required paperwork by deadlines.
