We are seeking a Grain & Fertilizer Dispatcher to coordinate the movement of grain trucks, fertilizer deliveries, and product transfers across Saskatchewan. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons. MUST have 3-5+ years of experience dispatching in the grain and fertilizer trucking industry.

We are seeking a Grain & Fertilizer Dispatcher to coordinate the movement of grain trucks, fertilizer deliveries, and product transfers across Saskatchewan. This role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak seasons. MUST have 3-5+ years of experience dispatching in the grain and fertilizer trucking industry.

Duties include but are not limited to: Schedule and dispatch grain and fertilizer trucks to farms, terminals and plants. Communicate with drivers, farmers, suppliers and company staff. Ensure logistical paperwork is accurate and filed properly. Track movement between locations. Resolve delivery delays, breakdowns and customer issues professionally. Maintain compliance with safety, weights, regulations and company procedures.

Experience with computers and Axon software is an asset.

Must be reliable and have good communication skills.
