Eston College is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and mission-aligned Communications Assistant to support our growing team in advancing Christ-centered higher education. This is a part-time position, with an ideal start date of January 5, 2026.

The Communications Assistant is a key support role that helps ensure the smooth operation of the colleges administrative, and communications systems. This position works directly under
the Administrator, while also supporting the President with assigned projects.
You will thrive in this role if you enjoy managing details, improving systems, and serving with excellence behind the scenes  all in the context of a relational, faith-filled team environment.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Communication
Answering phone calls, welcoming guests, and managing general inquiries with warmth and professionalism.
CRM Management
Maintaining and updating our student and donor database (ex. Populi).
Mailouts & Printing
Coordinating physical and digital mailouts with attention to accuracy and timing.
Social Media Support
Assisting in content creation for our social media accounts and supporting our communications strategy.
Design & Creative Support
Helping produce visually engaging materials for print and digital use (ex. Canva).
Qualifications & Cultural Fit
Were looking for someone who:
Works independently with a high degree of initiative and reliability while following direction and guidance
Manages time and tasks efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-role environment
Communicates clearly in both verbal and written form
Has strong attention to detail and can work across multiple software platforms
Is comfortable with phone communication and public-facing interactions
Values collaboration and believes in the mission of disciple-making through higher education
