In this role you will manage, and direct the workload of the Service Dept for maximum efficiency/productivity & exceptional customer service. In one of Canadas top John Deere dealer organizations you will help deliver quality work in a friendly and collaborative environment that encourages learning and growth. This role will work 3-11 M-F

Responsibilities
-Schedule all service jobs for techs to optimize efficiency
-Motivate all employees through coaching/development
-Back up Service Business Mgr
-Assist in diagnosis/troubleshooting of equipment
-Perform final approvals on equipment
-Exceptional customer service & follow up
-Assist in quoting repairs & maintaining records
-Build effective team dynamics with all departments
-Encourage safe working habits

Requirements
-Operate vehicles/equipment used for diagnostics
-5+ years doing complex repairs
-Lift up to 40lbs repeatedly; 40-75lbs on occasion
-Work flexible hours/varying shifts/weekends/holidays
-Valid drivers license
-Ag Tech (JDTECH) Journeyperson Cert/equivalent
-Expert knowledge of ag equipment
-Effectively use computers/systems
