Thorpe Brothers Ltd. has operated in the plumbing, heating and air conditioning service industry since 1946.  To continue furthering this service, Thorpe Brothers is now hiring a permanent, full-time Parts Purchaser/Retail Sales Associate to work in this department of our locally owned company and invites you to apply for this position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Ensuring our goal of delivering and maintaining the highest level of exceptional customer service is met.
- Ordering and maintaining inventory.
- Sourcing parts and pricing as required.
- Maintaining the showroom displays.
- Determining new customer and department growth opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Personable, self motivated and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity.
- Enjoy working with public and provide optimum customer service.
- Excellent communication and time management skills.
- Must have some knowledge of plumbing and heating system parts.
- Be adept at handling fluctuating workloads.
- Valid drivers licence.

POSITION INCLUDES:

- Hours of Work:  Monday to Friday:  8:00 am to 4:30 pm.
- Pension Plan and Benefit package.
- Wages will be based upon experience.
- On the job training.
