Job Description
GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY
The Director of Care along with the Administrator is accountable for the efficient operation of the entire facility by providing quality of care to the residents and by meeting all financial requirements. This is accomplished by the effective utilization of all available resources.
DIMENSIONS (Approximate, in annual terms)
Number of employees: 75 (46.89 FTE)
Number of Beds: 36 LTC, 1 Respite, 18

ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The Director of Care is preferred to be a Registered Nurse with a current active registration with the College of Registered Nurses of Saskatchewan (CRNS) or a Licensed Practical Nurse with an active registration with The College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Saskatchewan (CLPNS)
