Reporting to Facilities Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operatives vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
Conduct the ongoing inspections, maintenance, and repairs of the structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing including manual and automatic car wash bays
Maintain compliance with Asset Protection and Health and Safety Standards completing assigned work in a safe manner at all times, while wearing all appropriate PPE, obeying rules of the road, and following all appropriate safety policies and procedures
Determine best practices for implementing ongoing preventative measures and addressing the reactive and emergent requirements to prolong life of existing and new equipment
Respond to building deficiencies in a timely and professional manner
Use data base and communication tools to track assigned work, record notes, and close cases

All other duties as assigned

Physical labour is required; including standing, driving, walking, climbing and kneeling; must be able to work in, on, around, over and under fixed equipment and to work from lifts and ladders; lifting and carrying weighted material (up to 50lbs)
Work is both indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions
Must have a valid Class 5 license travel is required through out the La Ronge and Air Ronge trading area
