What You Bring
- A degree in Environmental Science or related field, plus 5+ years of progressive experience in strategic development, policy, and project management.
- Strong ability to think strategically, solve complex problems creatively, and lead collaborative processes.
- Proven success in project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and facilitation.
- Knowledge of waste diversion, water programming, and sustainability principles.
- Exceptional communication skills to build relationships with community groups, businesses, and government officials.
