Yards by Mike is seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Snow Shovelers. In this role, you will be responsible for clearing snow from sidewalks, driveways, and other designated areas to ensure safe access during winter weather conditions. This position requires physical stamina and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Depending on qualifications and work ethic this can become a full time job for the summer starting at the end of April.

Duties
*Clear snow from various surfaces using shovels and other hand tools.
*Operate power tools as needed for efficient snow removal.
*Maintain pathways and entrances by ensuring they are free of ice and snow.
*Shovel snow with a crew on a designated route every time it snows.
*All equipment will be provided for you.

Skills:
Preference given to applicants proficient in using hand tools and power tools for snow removal and maintenance tasks.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and efficiency in all tasks performed.
Good communication skills to coordinate with team members effectively.

Notes
Experienced applicants will be provided with minimum 30 hours pay per week with wage range from $17.50-$25.00 per hour.

Preference will be given to applicants with a Drivers license.
