This is a home-based job working independently with minimal direction and supervision.

    Provide support and assist clients in the set up and operation of our internet-based software system.
    Ability to diagnose and trouble shoot technical issues with clients to help resolve their issues quickly and efficiently.
    Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal support and work collaboratively with development team to assist.
    Provide prompt, accurate feedback to clients.

Qualifications:
    Previous work experience in technical support role an asset.
    Computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Internet
    Adobe Suite  Adobe Express are an asset.  
    Effective communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
    The ability to work autonomously, with limited direct supervision.
    Experience in sales and/or managing customer accounts is an asset.
    A related post-secondary education.
