The Billing Services Representative II performs duties associated with the investigation, manual calculation, preparation, distribution and support of customer billing, reporting and customer accounting, including communicating and providing billing solutions to departments and customers for the delivery of timely and accurate billing. This job also provides specialized billing and administration for industrial, retail energy marketers and TransGas distribution toll accounts and reconciles customer billing with Corporate financial records.
